Looking for a work-from-home job that pays between $10 up to $17 per hour? (This is based on the client you are servicing). You will provide customer support services for Fortune 500 companies! Please note that we are not currently accepting registrations from residents of CA, WI, OR, MD, MA, NY, or CT.
You can work from the comfort of your own home office and provide customer service support for various companies, such as cruise lines, amusement parks, telecommunications, roadside assistance, tax preparation, and utility companies. You have the flexibility to choose between working full-time, part-time, or taking on a second job for extra income.
Many of the companies you shop at on a daily basis, is employing work-from-home agents to ensure their customers are well cared for.
Basic Needs
Working as a service provider, you will need a few things. Individuals who are elated to help provide first-in-class customer service.
- Must be 18yrs or older
- Must have a PC (If you do not please use (WAHES) to purchase a device here) system requirements
- Must be able to pass the PC test
- Must have a willing-to-learn personality/Attitude
- Must be able to complete 4-week certification (Maybe unpaid based on the client)
- First, make sure you have a quiet work area.
- You will also need a computer that is connected via an ethernet cable, as Wi-Fi is not allowed.
- High-speed internet
- USB headset are also necessary.
- If you have a laptop, it is acceptable, but make sure to disable Wi-Fi and connect it with an ethernet cable.
- Most clients do not require a phone line

FAQs
What to Expect for Certification Training
Certification training is typically 4 hours per day. 9a-1p or 6p-10p. Some Clients offer additional Client times. It is a virtual classroom. The training is unpaid (Some nesting classes do pay). The Certification training will prepare you as a 1099 Independent Customer Service Contractor. You will master taking customer calls, navigating systems, policy interpretation, and much more! Upon passing the Certification training you can start making money right away!
Do I need to pay anything to get started?
We hire Independent Contractors ONLY!
It does not cost to apply for a position or to create your agent profile (once your application is approved).
All of our client certification programs are FREE. (Note: If you do not show up on Day 1 of your certification class the client will charge you a $20 drop fee).
As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for your own background check which is $30 through First Advantage Third Party Vendor, and any equipment needed for service.
As an independent contractor, you are able to write off any expenses on your taxes.
If you are in need of equipment to start working you will have to provide that. If you need assistance with purchasing equipment we have partnered with Work At Home Equipment Solutions (WAHES)for your equipment needs. Please use the link to purchase your equipment (WAHES).
Note: PMUS Consulting Llc does not sell equipment. All equipment inquiries and customer service regarding equipment should be handled directly with WAHES.

What is an Admin/IBO Fees?
At PMUS Consulting LLC, we strive to ensure that your work-from-home experience is excellent. Even though you may be working remotely, you are still part of our team, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

PMUS Consulting LLC fee is only $45.25 per pay cycle
*Arise Virtual Solutions fee is $19.75 per pay cycle
Note: Admins fees and the Arise Virtual Solutions platform fee are deducted from payroll off the top and the Agent receives the remainder of revenue earned. The fees are paid when servicing.
*No Taxes are deducted from payroll (1099 tax purposes). You are responsible for your taxes.
What to Expect for Income
The pay range varies based on the client you choose to serve. Top-performing agents make anywhere from $300 – $1200 biweekly Direct Deposit 1st and 15th of each month. Your income is based on how much you work!
Will I work Full Time or Part Time?
Each agent is required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. Upon accepting employment you are a 1099 Independent Contractor and you work a schedule that is convenient for your lifestyle.
